THE MAMONT CIRCUMPOLAR MISSION 1st heat in Paris 1ere @ Fish Club.
French bartenders were asked to join forces with a chef to create a Mamont Vodka cocktail and accompanying dish inspired by Siberia and the Spirit of Adventure.
And the winners of the French Finale of the Mamont Circumpolar Mission are: Valentin Calvel and Clément Bappel from the Apicius in Paris – a renowned one Michelin-starred restaurant and high level cocktail bar.
They will represent France during the International Final in Moscow on the 21st of May – Official Polar Explorer Day in Russia. Good luck guys!
The phrase ‘trip of a lifetime’ is one that is overused these days, but when describing the Mamont Circumpolar Mission Final Prize in Moscow, it is certainly justified. The winning team will join the Mamont Circumpolar Expedition for a week as they sail on the last historic ice-class wooden sailing ship that is able to navigate in Arctic waters.
